Very clean, quiet & safe neighborhood. Conveniently located around major freeways but secluded. Clean park less than 5 minutes away. Hiking and biking trails to enjoy. See nature at its best! Local police & fire departments are within 3 miles of the home. Law enforcement regularly conducts patrols through the neighborhood & particularly at night. We're within 45 minutes of Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm
and Universal Studios amusement parks and Santa Monica & Venice beaches. Magic Mountain is an hour away. The world famous Hollywood Sign can be visited within 40 minutes. Restaurants, fitness gyms & both University and community colleges are also nearby.
