Nice location & house, however lacking few essentials given the price

The house is spacious and located in a quiet area close to the beach and nice restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. However, the the lack of certain essentials was disappointing, especially given the price. The sauna and the hot tub / jacuzzi did not work. When we complained the owner was responsive but did not do anything to make it work. At the same time, there is space for 5 people to sleep in the basement / lower ground floor but there are no blinds or curtains in that area, which makes sleeping there hard. 2 people had to sleep in the lobby in the lower basement and there is only 1 bedroom which does not have air conditioning. The air conditioning is only in the lobby in the lower ground floor. The washing machine did not work. We were unable to find the TV remote and when we inquired with the host, she said it should be there but none of us could find despite looking everywhere! The bathroom on the ground floor does not have a shower curtain or a shower and make the experience sub optimal as the water splashes everywhere. The host is responsive but the property is below expectations and disappointing for the price. You can definitely stay here, however would be missing some essentials!
