About this property

Ingas Stuga, very well equipped holiday home on a 2000 sqm natural site

Ingas Stuga is located in Svenstorp, a district of Västra Torup between Perstorp and Hässleholm in Skåne, in the south of Sweden. The house is located on the edge of a forest and in the vicinity of several ponds on a hill in a quiet area.
Geo coordinates: 56.130678N, 13. 481421E.
Svenstorp is located on the edge of a lake landscape that invites you to go for a walk, swim and fish (for a fee). The closest swimming area is only 1.5 km from the house. The sea is not far either. There are only about 50km to the popular beaches in Åhus on the Baltic Sea or in Ängelholm on the North Sea.
On the 2000sqm natural site there are green areas, old trees, a fireplace, a terrace by the pond, a terrace by the house with a wonderful view of the forest and now and then a direct encounter with its inhabitants.
Fishing is not allowed in the ponds that belong to our neighbors!
The approximately 80 square meter house is very well equipped. The living room has an exit through the terrace to the garden and is equipped with satellite TV and stereo. A stove provides cozy warmth on cold evenings.
There are three bedrooms. One with a large double bed (200x180 cm), one with two single beds (each 200x80cm) and one with a sofa bed (200x160cm).
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2012 with a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. The dryer is in the basement, which can be reached via an external entrance.
The kitchen was renovated in 2015 and offers a fridge / freezer, a ceramic hob with 4 plates, a sink and a dishwasher, microwave and small oven, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, etc., as well as dishes and cutlery for our guests. There is also a dining area for 4 people.
The house is a non-smoking house. A parking space is located directly at the house.
The house and the property are not suitable for the disabled.
Please leave the house - as usual in Sweden - clean and tidy. Therefore, there are no extra costs for the final cleaning.

Prachtige rustige locatie

Het is een heerlijk rustig huis, prachtig gelegen, volop plekjes om te zitten in de zon of schaduw. Het huis is ruim en eigenlijk voorzien van alles dat je als vakantievierder wilt. Vanuit deze locatie zijn veel mooie Zweedse plekjes vrij snel te bezoeken. Echter, de inrichting is behoorlijk gedateerd. Er waren ook dingen kapot, zoals geen warm water in de keuken, het toilet moest ik zelf repareren, en er waren muizen in het huis, dus je moest je spullen goed opbergen. Allemaal zaken die opgelost kunnen worden, maar die wel een deel van ons plezier weghaalden.

Rustig en knus boshuisje

Toegangsweg wat lastig, het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien (goed toegeruste keuken, prettige bedden, fijn terras), maar nogal donker en het plafond bleek te laag voor iemand van 2 meter, kon bijv ook niet staand douchen. Mooie omgeving, zwemmeer vlakbij.

Urlaub mit der Familie

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt abgelegen zwischen kleinen Teichen und einem schönen Stück Wald. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. In der näheren Umgebung liegt auch ein größerer See in dem man baden kann. Leider hat bei uns das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und es war einfach zu kalt zum baden. Da es so regnerisch und doch etwas kühler war, hatten wir am Haus eher viele Mücken. Durch die Fliegennetze im Haus, hatten wir aner keine Mücken im Haus. Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden gewesen. Vielen Dank an den Inhaber

Alles was man braucht

Wir haben eine schöne Woche an diesem idyllischen Ort verbracht und nichts vermisst - außer vielleicht etwas besseres Wetter =). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und bietet ausreichend Platz für Familien. Von hier aus kann man eine Menge schöner Ausflüge starten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Nationalpark Söderåsen und Helsingborg.

Fast perfekt

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Gastgeber. Alles sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und auch vorbereitet. Es gab vor der Reise ein Info Blatt vom Gastgeber, welches keine Fragen offen ließ. Das Haus ist abgelegen und trotzdem kommt man mit dem Auto schnell an einen Supermarkt. Für uns persönlich gab es in der direkten Umgebung aber zu wenige Wanderwege. Dafür der Punkt Abzug bei Lage und Umgebung. Insgesamt war es für uns also fast perfekt.

Gemütliches Haus

Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, da abseits gelegen. Die einzigen Nachbarn waren 3 Hochlandrinder :); diese haben wir nur 1 x gesehen. Sehr gute Ausstattung, wir haben nichts vermisst. In den ersten beiden Tagen war es kalt und muffig im Haus. Durch das Lüften und das wärmere Wetter draußen wurde es besser. Die Unterkunft kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Wij vonden de stuga en de prachtige ruimte er omheen geweldig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en nog meer dan dat. Het is super netjes en er is veel ruimte. We hebben heerlijk buiten kunnen eten, een vuurtje kunnen maken en verstoppertje gespeeld. We raden dit huis absoluut aan en komen zeker terug!

Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage Mitten in der Natur

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet.Mitzubringen sind nur persöhnliche Artikel und Lebensmittel.Elektrogeräte wie Waschmaschiene,Trockner,Mikrowelle Geschirrspüler ect.ist alles vorhanden,was wichtig ist,wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Diese FEWO ist auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen.

Privatrefugium in Bilderbuch-Schweden

Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, haben nichts vermisst und konten uns wunderbar ausleben. Viel Platz im Haus und wunderschöne Plätzchen zum Entdecken und Entspannen im Garten lassen unabhängig vom Wetter keine Langeweile aufkommen. Die weitläufige Umgebung verschafft das Gefühl von etwas ganz eigenem, ohne neugierige Nachbarn auf der Pelle. Trotzdem lebt man nicht weit ab vom Schuss, da mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad alles aws dem täglichen Gebrauch und Besuch zugute kommt schenll und sicher zu erreichen ist. Dazu in Bilderbuch-Schweden-Umgebung! Da man mit Ingas Stuga qausi ein Privatreservat bezieht, fühlt man sich vom ersten Tag an in die Umgebung und die Anwohnerschaft integriert. Wie ein echter Schwede. Nötige Infos zu sämtlichen aufkommenden Fragen waren vorhanden und Vermieter gut erreichbar und freundlich. Die Vermittlung hat super geklappt. So können wir beruhigt sagen: Wenn wieder Schonen, dann Ingas Stuga!
