Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the lower deck with access from the family room or the more private upper balcony deck, with access from the master bedroom. the well equipped kitchen features a counter bar with seating for 4 and a dining room seating for 6. Its size and features are much the same as those of Reed I throughout. Both homes provide large parking areas for cars and boats. Wonderful retreat

Cleanliness and slight run-downed-ness aside, this home was perfect for me. Location, location, location. Far enough from traffic noise, right on the ocean, beautiful views from outside, and inside if you can get them to come clean the windows (which they did right away). They will clean the easy ones, but the ones with screens? Forgetabout. Fridge: enough room for 1 person's food, not for a family unless broken plastic parts and missing drawer gets fixed. Outdoor shower was fixed part-way through trip, then I never showered indoors again! Four out of five screens upstairs missing (or was it 5 out of 6?), not an issue in early April, no bugs, but I suspect that will be a problem real soon if you're looking forward to ocean breezes. Other than the house being a little worse for wear in certain places, it all falls away when you sink into your visit here. You will not regret your stay here. Wonderful!
