About this property

This is a single family home that has its own beach access directly out the back door. There are many properties on VRBO that are actually condo so be aware. Our home is one of the larger 3 bedrooms available.
We do not charge cleaning fees or fees for hot tub cleaning.

Our property is a very short walk to the new Target/Starbucks!

We purchased this home in 2019. Prior VRBO listing for this home is 584738 with years of great reviews! In 2019-2023 we have made many, many repairs/upgrades to the home, All rooms have been repainted. Luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in all bedrooms. HVAC/HW heater and roof were all replaced. 2 new sets of bunkbeds installed. New couches added to the great room. The master bathroom has been totally gutted and redone and has a walk in shower. A high top table has been added to the top deck to enjoy meals as well as 4 new polywood bar height chairs to take in the view.

Million Dollar Views! Sleeps eight: king, queen and two sets of bunk beds. WIFI! Hot Tub!!! Corn Hole Boards!! Stone's throw to beach! Direct beach access from deck. Oceanfront!! Views to die for! Updated kitchen and great room. Upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops. Ceramic tile in kitchen and half bath upstairs. Hardwood floors in great room. Luxury vinyl flooring in all bedrooms. Full sized washer and dryer. Outside deck. Charcoal grill. Outside shower!!! Path to oceanfront is accessed from lower deck. Driveway has ample parking for upto 6 cars and parking for one car under house. Walk to Avalon Pier for food, drinks and arcade fun. Ground floor storage room to store all beach equipment. Great restaurants nearby, cinemas, miniature golf and many other activities right around the house.

Fine but not Clean

The place and location was fine but we did not feel it was clean or picked up well after the people before us. We found many things in the house from previous renters that made us think it was not cleaned and decided to leave early as we had a child with us.

Great house on the beach!

The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. It was perfect for our family of 4 for the week. The views are amazing from both floors. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house seems to be situated near the local surf spot, many surfers in the water throughout the week. The location is perfect, we never had to drive more than 5 min to get to restaurants. Duck and Manteo are under 30 min away and both have great boardwalks. Highly recommend! The only thing I wish was available was a place to wash off sand outside. I assume the outside water was turned off because of it being early spring.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time at Aloha Beaches even though the weather was not the best. It is a great location for many activities to do. Hot tub was our favorite as it was cold and windy. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend

Everything in the listing is very accurate. Great location on the beach as well as in the outer banks. The owner was great about answering questions before as well as during the vacation. The only thing I’d change was having linens and supplies available. We had a bad experience with the linen rental place. It would’ve been great to get here and have everything set up - even if they charged more.

Fun home in central location

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay here very much! The house was clean and well kept. The location is great if you want to close to restaurants and shopping but right on the beach at the same time. Our 9-year-old enjoyed being able to run right out to the ocean, while our 14-year-old enjoyed the ability to walk to Target/Starbucks on her own. The convenience of having grocery stores nearby was a big plus for us. We enjoyed having two different sofa sets so we could spread out in the evening. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances. It is worth noting that linens and towels are generally not included with this home.

We are oceanfront with direct ocean view from the home. You have your own private walkway to the beach. The property has great ocean views and is more spacious than many 3 bedrooms offered for rent. We are within a very short walking distance to Target/Starbucks.

Top floor has open floor plan concept with no partition walls except for the half bathroom. Great ocean views from both levels. Sit in the hot tub and listen to the waves breaking. Short walk to Jolly Roger, Awful Arthur's, Movie Theater, Supermarket, Subway, Little Caesars, as well as many others.
