This house, nearly 300 years old, has a rare soul. Its stones come from the Rostudel quarry, and its framework would have been shaped from the wrecks of boats stranded on the coast... a typical heritage of coastal villages.
Former house of the hamlet's miller — whose mill is at the end of the road — it was once the most important residence in the village. At the beginning of the twentieth century, it belonged to the philosopher Émile-Auguste Chartier, then to the family linked to Armand Peugeot, a major player in the development of Morgat.
