The perfect mix of excellence and comfort. A Resort style home with entertainment in mind, excellent gathering spaces all around the homes modern style creates the perfect weekend indoor/outdoor surround sound, huge kitchen, double fridge/double oven, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces on the patio and the rooftop deck. A blend of indoor and outdoor living, blackout automated blinds, 7 person spa, steam room, tons of parking, Traeger pellet smoker, Blackstone griddle on the back patio.

The Space:
The home is a warm modern feel with a mix of wood to soften the commonly straight bold vibe that modern dwellings can create, The high ceiling will give a feeling of freedom and luxury. All finishes were picked out to insure the best quality product, current with style and feeling of quality, from the Murphy Door pantry and secret stairways to Thermador appliances and Emtek hardware, Bullfrog Hot Tub, Mr. Steam private steam rooms, SONOS surround sound indoor and out. This vacation is going to leave you wanting your own when you leave.

Guest Access:
Quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic, great for taking a walk or a wonderful bike ride. Bring your 4 wheeler and explorer the dirt roads of Utah and Wyoming all around you.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home sits on the last street in the neighborhood with the backyard facing the Wyoming line. A beautiful red rock razorback rock formation sits in the centerpiece of the rear yard view and a view of the lake off the front porch.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is surrounded in stunning views, Parking is easy with a huge driveway with plenty of room for you and your guests, as well as your boat, the properties on either side of the home are included for use for parking. Bring your 4 wheelers, there is 1/2 acre on each side of the home.
4 wheelers or side by side are legal in the area, there are many roads for you to ride if you would like, you are welcome to drive them as long as they are street legal and you follow local laws.

Other Things to Note:
Bring your friends there is plenty of parking for your extra vehicles or boats on the adjacent lots on each side of the home, there is 1/2 acre on each side to give you a buffer from the neighbors!

Family adventure

Our stay was great. Kitchen provided all the seating space our large family needed and all the cooking amenities as well. The house was very roomy with plenty of outdoor space to relax after a day of activities. Location was good. we were able to do off road adventures, hike, horseback riding, paddle board, kayak, and fish. Our host was readily available if any needs arose. we would stay at this property again.

Luxurious Fun!

This special home exceeded our high expectations! So many lovely places to spend time together: the rooftop sofa, the rooftop table, the comfy living room, the patio fireplace, the hot tub… We cooked amazing meals in the well-appointed kitchen (the fancy ice maker was a hit with our teens!) and on the smoker/grill. Robes & slippers were an unexpected fancy touch. Clean & quiet & convenient. Jeremy was responsive & helpful. Plenty of room for cars & a boat + quick access to the lake. We loved being here & hope to come back!

Incredible Home! Great location!

This home has it all and extras to spare - it was large but has a very cozy feeling, the kitchen was the best! The master bed was so comfortable and the bathrooms with steam shower perfect for the end of the day! Hidden door to rooftop deck - so cool! Great location to Flaming Gorge and the Sheep Creek Geo. Loop is a must see/drive with the incredible views. Locals were very friendly - we loved it! The only issue we had is that there are cameras everywhere and many point towards the home and onto the covered porch. We were not able to enjoy the covered porch with cameras watching (which I did not see mentioned on VRBO). We understand wanting to protect this beautiful property but pointing out, not in, for guest privacy is what should be expected.

It may seem out of place this beautiful Modern Style home on the state line of Utah and Wyoming, this is the place. starting with tall ceilings and beautiful style. Enjoy a warming fire at the 2 way fireplace in the living room that gives you the opportunity to see outside, or warm up on the rooftop deck while listening to your favorite music on the homes indoor, outdoor SONOS surround sound, relax with a cold drink in your 8 person Bullfrog hot tub, or sit in the steam room to relieve those muscle pains from your day of surfing, skiing or fishing.
