This property is located within walking distance to Jacksonville Beach Pier, Downtown shopping and dinning and the brand new beachside Margaritaville. It is also a short walk to grocery stores as well as pharmacies. Located only 20 miles from the Jacksonville airport and 15 miles from downtown Jacksonville, the beach house on 4th is perfectly situated for a day trip via car or Uber to Hannah Park, St Augustine, Amelia Island or the Jacksonville Zoo.
