About this property

The view from the home is beautiful, you can see Mount Rushmore. Nice Hiking on the property and close to everything. Very Private, which is nice when you come back from a long day. Crazy Horse is also, close. The Badlands is about an hour and 15 minutes away.
We also live on the property but we will never bother you unless you need something. You have your own place and we have our own home.

Quiet, clean and comfortable in the Black Hills

This property is nestled in the Black Hills forest. It has a beautiful view looking through the trees at Mount Rushmore. Mike and Lisa have put a lot of thought into their place, and it really shows by all the little extra things they provide. Their place is clean, quiet and comfortable. We were greeted at check in even though it was very late in the evening. The next morning, we were given tips and direction for things to see. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay, and it is centrally located to all the attractions.

Beautiful guest home

My husband and I vacationed in South Dakota at the beginning of October which was a beautiful time of year to visit. We wanted to hit the parks and touristy cities around the area during our stay and Keystone ended up being the perfect city to make home base and do day trips. This guest home was gorgeous and located away from the town. The furnishings in the guest home were stunning and the bed was so comfortable. You can really see Mt Rushmore from the deck and there were even binoculars if you needed. We wished we could have stayed longer and used the kitchen more but ended up doing most meals out. The TV was nice to be able to watch our shows each evening and the kitchen was stocked with just about anything you would need to cook with. We made coffee every morning and enjoyed the peacefulness. We were so cozy in this home away from home. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect!!!

This was an amazing getaway! Lisa and Mike have thought of everything. Beautiful views, could have stayed on that deck all day every day! Mount Rushmore was so close we went several times. Don’t miss the evening lighting ceremony during summer. Beautiful country and a wonderful place to stay!! Thanks Lisa and Mike!

Mount Rushmore vuew

We enjoyed our time here. The property was spotless and very comfortable, perfect for a couple. It is very close to Mt. Rushmore and Custer state park.
