Beautiful & spacious Studio + Loft, 2 Bathroom condo in Mammoth View Villas.
Sleeps 4-6. Located walking distance to the Village where you can take the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy the local shops & restaurants. If you don't want to walk, you can take the blue line shuttle out the front door to Canyon Lodge & the Village. Adjacent to the condo is a small forest area with great sledding!

Updated fall of 2020 with new vinyl flooring, doors, living room furniture & a fresh coat of paint throughout! Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ your favorite meal on the propane BBQ. Snuggle up next to the fire and enjoy a movie or play a game of darts! There is a TV on each level along with a DVD/VCR player and a variety of movies to choose from. Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from the oversized deck. The condo has huge windows that let in ample sunlight and allow for amazing mountain and forest views from everywhere in the condo. Enjoy views of the Sierra instead of the neighbor next door! The complex has a rec room with sauna, ping pong table and outdoor spa. Tons of open area around the unit for the kids to sled and play in the snow! In the summer you are a short walk or bike to the new Lake Mary path that will take you to the Lakes Basin.

The loft has a queen bed and 2 twins. The living room has a queen sleep sofa. There are full bathrooms on both levels and a washer/dryer downstairs. Fast Wifi available as well.

This condo was perfect for our stay! My husband & I brought my 19 year old nephew to Mammoth for the first time and he loved playing darts, hanging out in the living room & kitchen, and we all loved the location. It was an easy, short to The Village restaurants and Gondola to Canyon Lodge.

My son and I spent two nights at the condo. It was very clean and complete as described. We did not use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The property was a short walk to the village which was very convenient. Erin the host was easy to contact and very nice to speak to. Highly recommended.

This condo is a great location for easy walking access to the Village at Mammoth. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and kitchen was well equipped. The condo overlooks Lake Mary Road, but the view is primarily trees and there is great light. Note that there are stairs up to the unit and steep stairs inside the unit to the second floor, so might not be the best choice for people with accessibility issues. Overall, we would recommend it!

My husband and I have lived in Huntington Beach, Ca our entire lives. We started going to Mammoth when we were kids and are yet to find a mountain that we love more! In our early 20's we would drive up to Mammoth every weekend in the winter. Finally, in 2008 we decided it was time to buy...

Why they chose this property

We looked at sooooo many properties and we choose this one because of the HUGE picture windows looking out to the Sierra. I wanted a condo with a cabin feel and this one was it! You look out to beauty and not your neighbor. The other thing we love about the condo is its location, location, location!! Once we arrive in Mammoth we don't like to drive and this condo is in an ideal location. We are a 5 minute walk to the Village and never have to fight the crowds getting a parking space.

What makes this property unique

Almost twice the size of the typical studio in Mammoth. There is a bathroom on both floors which is great and the vaulted ceilings make it feel much bigger. Did I mention the location!?!?!
