Jolie maison d'apparence mais décevant au final.Pas de climatisation, impossible de dormir dans les chambres très très chaude...Mobilier vétustes, accès piscine pas vraiment prévu pour des petits.Manque d'ombre à l'extérieur pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse....Dommage

Bonjour, Merci d’avoir partagé votre expérience. Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas répondu à toutes vos attentes. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que la maison n’est pas annoncée comme étant climatisée dans notre annonce. Durant cette période de forte canicule, trois ventilateurs étaient à votre disposition afin d’améliorer le confort des voyageurs. Concernant l’extérieur, la terrasse est équipée d’un parasol ainsi que d’un store banne pour créer des zones d’ombre. Malheureusement, nous avons constaté après votre départ que le store banne avait été laissé ouvert toute la nuit malgré le vent, ce qui a entraîné sa casse. Enfin, l’accès à la piscine est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les jeunes enfants doivent toujours être accompagnés et surveillés par un adulte. Nous vous remercions malgré tout pour votre retour et vous souhaitons une bonne continuation.
