Unwanted hats in experience

I won't say a whole lot here because I gave the owner a direct update of occurences, and I hope it was addressed to make sure future clients choosing this property will be more comfortable. Going in, I knew it was a fairly new property without full reviews, but considered the fact that the owner has other properties and therefore, doing this for a while. I found this property to be quaint. The common areas were closer/smaller than appeared in the pictures (I know this happens often because of angels taken). And definitely not enough seating. The bedrooms were a good size, and comfortable - we had good nights rest. In my opinion, there was a lot of effort and attention given to making it a "smart home", and not enough to extermination, seating and comfort. That's where I had to wear my unplanned "hat" - extra trip to the store and cost for bug sprays. The first 2 days, twice, and once other days. Maybe if it was only a 2-day stay, not planned family time, and I was more out than in, the some of these things wouldn't have mattered. But it did for us. I had hoped that this could become my go to, because it was close enogh to my family and I travel there several times a year.
