Make your reservation to stay at this newly remodeled cozy cottage in town, trimmed with Bahama-style shutters. It is located 1 mile from the beach, shopping and nightlife. This is a great place for a romantic getaway or small family vacation. It is slightly elevated with seven steps leading up to the welcoming covered porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the ocean breeze. The open living room holds an overstuffed couch/sleeper sofa with plush pillows and wall-mounted TV to gather for watching movies. Prepare meals in the kitchen furnished with sleek countertops, crisp white cabinets, open shelving, modern lighting, white appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the table for four or use it to play a friendly game of cards. The stackable washer/dryer is tucked neatly in the corner for use during your stay. Retreat to the bedrooms for a good night's rest after a full day on the town and beach. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King size bed, built-in nightstands, personal bedside lighting and a closet for your beach attire. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a custom Twin over Queen bunk bed, nightstand, wall-mounted TV and closet. These rooms share a hall bathroom comprised of a modern vanity and tub/shower unit. We had an amazing time. The unit was very clean and as described. It was perfect for myself, my husband, my son and two grandsons. Besides the washer dryer not working (they responded quickly and were unable to have fixed due to the maintenance man out of state) they brought us plenty of towels. We would definitely stay again

Description was 100% accurate. This beach house was perfect! The house was adorable, comfy, & in a great location. It’s only a mile away from the beach & very close to other local shops. Only issue was the dryer but it wasn’t a deal breaker which can be fixed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice and quiet

The property was very clean and had some games and toys in it for children. My family enjoyed the stay and the rental was close to everything. Golf cart rental is a must. So much fun. Lived the setup of the rental. Having a washer and dryer made life easier. Dryer needs some help but other than that it was a perfect time and stay. Will definitely stay again. Very smooth checking in and out. Recommend to all my family and friends.

Terrible smell- had to be relocated

Did not enjoy our stay at this property. Terrible sewer smell forced us to be relocated. We had to repack all of our items and move to another property. The next property was acceptable however, it would have been nice to receive an apology or a discount for our inconvenience. We would have been happier at a hotel. Super disappointed.

Perfect for a small family!

Property is set up nicely for a smaller place, great size for a small family. There aren't any dressers in the rooms for folded clothes, but there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and setting items at the top of the closets. Home does come with a washer/dryer and they were pretty new (you could tell) however, the dryer was not plugged in and can't be plugged in (plug is not fitted for the outlet) but we were not made aware of this and I washed a load of beach towels before realizing that...not a huge deal, it's hot outside so we hung them out to dry, but we were leaving the next day and that made it a little inconvenient. It was still a great place to stay with my small family of 4 and we would stay again!

Perfect quick getaway for the family

This property is essentially brand new inside, with everything you need...towels, cookware, dw, w/d, and cute porch for coffee and happy hour. It is cozy, but when you have the beach and so many great restaurants to choose from, you don't need to spend a lot of time in the property. The neighborhood was nice and walkable to the beach for adults/older kids. Station Street can be a bit noisy with the golf carts, but no where near as bad as 11th street. Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teens...15 and 17 years old) will happily book this property again.
