Three Bedroom House - Diogenis House

Diogenis House is located in Alykanas resort, in the northeastern part of Zakynthos island.

What makes the area stand out is its beautiful sandy beach, which is fully organized with sunbeds, umbrellas and water sports while it offers a large selection of tavernas and restaurants. Most restaurants offer a varied menu including Zakynthian and a mix of international cuisine.

Alykanas maintains its traditional character, among lush olive groves and vineyards. The resort is ideal for hiking, cycling or even horse-riding.

The House has a size of 100sqm, it consists of 2 floors & a beautiful exterior area, where guests can enjoy views of the surroundings. An outdoors furnished veranda with a dining & sitting area, BBQ, and private parking space is also facilitated.

On the ground level, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances like fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, cutlery, dishwasher, juicer, cookware, kitchenware, filter coffee maker & espresso coffee machine with free capsules and a dining table with 4 seats.

An open plan living room/dining area with 6 sits, offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels while a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine with capsules, and a drying machine is also found on the same level.

The inner staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms & 1 more bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom offers one double bed, closet, boudoir, A/C, flat-screen TV & furnished balcony with views of the surroundings.

The House can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, while children up to 2 years of age can sleep free of charge. A baby cot can be offered free of charge upon request & availability.
