Are you ready to come and enjoy the beautiful downtown of Winchester ... this hip walk out basement apartment is just steps from the Handley Library. The Yellow Submarine is a brightly decorated flat with a retro flare. Check out the turntable and vinyl for your old fashioned enjoyment. Private patio with outdoor seating. Can sleep up to 6 guests. Pets okay with additional pet cleaning fee. ($65/per.) PLEASE NOTE:
All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom
National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day ) will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival.
Please note:
Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.
You will not regret taking some time to relax and unwind here ...and you can walk to everything cool and inspiring in the city.
Enjoy your two Free parking spaces.

The apt has a bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and an additional space in the next room with a double futon /couch . There is also an additional double bed in living area blocked off by screen. And there is a large baby blue leather couch in the living room which could also be comfortable to sleep on if needed.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash and put away any use dishes and remove all food and drink from the refrigerator and remove all trash and place in black cans at rear of parking lot
Please gather all used towels and place them in the Shower Stall
No need to strip the beds our cleaners will take care of thatjust please be sure to check for your personal belongings
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
