Villa with dazzling sea views over the gulf of St-Tropez and heated infinity pool. Just 5 minutes drive to the beach and the town of Les Issambres, this is your ideal location for a relaxing holiday.
For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned. The villa was fully refurbished in 2018, together with brand new furniture and equipment across the entire house.
The 160m2 villa is constituted of 4 modern double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spacious entrance hall and open plan kitchen over the 34m2 living room with pool and sea views.

The living space:
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 double bedroom with separate bathroom. 1 utility room with storage space, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.
2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with super king bed, en-suite bathroom, external private shower garden.

Other things to note:
Secured property with electric gate and video intercom. Covered car-port for 2 large cars.

The best property for spring vacations

Arriving at the property was a good surprise as the pictures don’t do justice to the property. The house is clean and modern, and all the necessary features for a family with teenagers. Rooms at the ground level are perfect for teenagers and their privacy, whilst parents can benefit from a parental suite with a magnificent view. The house is very comfortable and practical, the living room has large sliding doors, offering a great view on the bay. The outdoor is also great with a great heated pool (great for spring) with private but great views even from inside of the pool. The location is very quiet and allow good access to Frejus and Sainte Maxime, the latter providing ferries to hop to saint tropez. The communication with the owner and the property manager was easy and very pleasant, which adds up to the overall experience. Highly recommended !!
