Located in a separate section of the owners' main residence, this cottage for four people immediately charms with its balance of privacy and conviviality. The renovation showcases sustainable materials and environmentally friendly equipment: solar panels, pellet heating, and responsible energy management—a real plus for travelers mindful of their impact. Inside, the ambiance is serene and inspiring thanks to the original artwork of the owner, a painter, which gives the place a unique character. Outside, the charm is just as potent. The fenced swimming pool invites relaxation in complete safety, while the family-friendly garden offers children's play areas and lovely spaces for gathering. As dusk falls, the covered terrace becomes the setting for your "Peña du Château" evenings: shared meals, laughter, and the balmy nights of Southwest France. This single-story cottage features an entrance leading to the kitchen/dining room or the living room/bedroom (with a high-quality sofa bed measuring 160 x 200 cm). A hallway then leads to another living room/bedroom, a second bedroom (with two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm that can be joined together), and the bathroom/WC. A painting studio is available on-site; please book directly with the owner. You can park in front of the cottage. The entrance is at the rear of the house.
