The Space:
This fourth floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City. Walk into our master bedroom that has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has a flat screen tv and an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv and a walk-in closet to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, this suite comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.

In the living room you will find cozy furniture with a large flat screen tv. Trailside45 is a mile and a half away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.

**Three Smart Tv's in the suite with Roku connection for you to use your personal login for streaming services, but no cable**

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for our travel purposes. Since it’s located near a busy road, the sounds of city life occur but this was not an issue for us. At night consider a white noise machine or earplugs. The unit’s air conditioning unit needed servicing during our stay, but unit managers were easy to communicate with and promptly arranged to fix the issue. We will recommend this stay to family and friends.

We had a family weekend to tour some wineries. This condo was lovely. Accommodated 5 of us. Well stocked and a great location to get where we needed to go. Also, the TART trail is right at the end of the parking lot so I could get my walk in. Riley was very easy to work with!

4 day stay for death in the family

The unit was clean, and well stocked, very comfortable and well laid out, conveniently located. But, it smelled like smoke and there was an issue with one of the toilets where it did not flush using the flush handle. You had to manually stick your hand in the top tank and lift the plunger arm. When you did that, the plunger popped loose and splashed toilet water everywhere. Maintenance was prompt, but the property manager told Me that was just how toilets were installed in this building. After maintenance fixed the issue, the toilet would fill every 30 seconds or so.

Disappointing Stay: Non-Operational Elevator and AC, Unresolved Issues

We rented this VRBO for two couples, selecting this property as it was advertised to have an elevator. One couple would not be able to access the fourth-floor property without it. Unfortunately, we were informed that the elevator was not operational, making access impossible for them. Additionally, upon arrival, we found the property uncomfortably warm as the AC was also not working. Our contact instructed us to lower the AC temperature incrementally, but this did not resolve the issue. After multiple attempts to speak with our contact, all we received was a suggestion to open a window. Despite being told a maintenance order was placed, two days later, the contact confirmed the AC issue had only just been reported and had no timeline for a fix. Our requests to cancel or find an alternative solution on the first night were ignored. While the property itself was clean and well-stocked, and the contact was responsive to other inquiries, the lack of resolution for these critical issues overshadowed our stay.

Visiting for Horse Show

We travel several times a summer to the TC area for horse shows and this is one of our favorite places to stay. The location is terrific as we are able to enjoy all that downtown has to offer as well as a quick ride to the horse park. The condo is very well appointment and very comfortable for when we have downtime. We will definitely be back!
