- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A 5 m² terrace with a 16 m² private garden area with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 1200 m² enclosed garden with trees.
Shared outdoor areas:

The flat is ideally located in Morne-Vert, in a very pleasant, residential area. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
