* 2nd floor with king bedroom, master bath. *Additional 2 bedrooms and full bath. *location is central, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*House sleeps up to 10 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*4 comfortable bedrooms

*open living space with plenty of cooking space and upscale dining area

* kitchen is updated and equipped with brand new appliances, gas stove and granite countertops.

*1 bedroom downstairs for your convenience and 3 bedrooms upstairs including master bedroom and bath.

*washer and dryer available.

* Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Guests will have access to the entire space.

*1 parking spot available in the garage. 2nd car can be parked on any available parking slabs next to the house or any other house. It’s first come first parking. NO STREET PARKING! NO PARKING ON THE GRASS!! cause vehicles will be towed immediately.

*NO mailbox for this location. Host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivery.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location feature walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Must climb stairs to 2nd floor.

*Pool/gym is not available at this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Loved the house, host was very responsive to any issues. Lots of space for our family members to each have private areas. Family room was great for us all to be together for games or movies. Kitchen and eating area layout was great for meals and conversation. We really enjoyed the space!

The property was large and lovely. It accommodated us well and comfortable. We loved the house. My only criticism is that it needed a deep clean on the bathrooms and a good mop. The location was close to many things but you do have to drive to the beach. I would stay again.

Great location in the middle of MB. Second year in a row my buddies and I have used the place. Clean and well maintained. Emily is great at communicating to you the house rules and ensuring your stay is great.

Comfortable and convenient

We were so close to the Boardwalk so we were able to have a great time. The cleanliness was an issue as there was some spider webs and the laundry dryer lint carrier was completely full. But overall, it was great communication and the family really enjoyed their trip to Myrtle Beach.

Convenient location

Location is very convenient. Super close to Broadway at the Beach and downtown Myrtle. Only 15 min drive to more secluded beaches like Garden a city. Only critique is I feel like the house could have been much cleaner. It was tidy but could use a good deep clean. Also, I would provide a few additional staple items such as salt and pepper, maybe a beach umbrella, etc.

Perfect location and roomy!

Thanks so much Emily for such a fantastic stay. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and stayed here with one other family. The location was perfect! Like 5 minutes from convention center. The size of the house was perfect! Emily was so easy to communicate with. Checkin and out was a breeze. I would recommend this house to friends/family! We hope to stay here again in the future. I was scared about the parking situation but we never had one issue with parking.

The house is nice and there is lots of room, but the beds are uncomfortable, two of the rooms had no ventilation and were hard to sleep in without the door open, the remotes dont work, there are lots of cockroaches, the dryer was broken so we had to dry our clothes outside, and cupboard door fell off the hinge when we opened it, there was one ply toilet paper and cheap soaps. However, they did let us check in a couple hours early. But, we ended up booking another place and staying there our last night because we were uncomfortable.

Nice home

Overall the home was nice, despite having to have maintenance come out twice for various reasons. But I was surprised that the home provided the bare minimum. No additional blankets or extras outside of the basic. No seasonings, not even salt and pepper. I was also surprised that we had to bring our own beach towels and it would of been nice to know there's really only two parking spaces for a house that sleeps such a large group before booking. However, the host was very responsive and addressed the concerns that was brought to her attention in a timely manner.

My family enjoyed the home and the location. Overall the home was clean but needs more attention to dusting, there was a lot of dust and spiderwebs on the light fixtures and the walls. The King mattress was not comfortable but again overall the house was nice.
