A polyglot and globetrotter with a passion for travel (having visited some fifty countries), and a pastry chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant, Eloïse welcomes you to a charming, authentic 17th-century farmhouse, steeped in history and fully restored, nestled on a 5-hectare estate, largely untouched (a family property since its origins), which also includes the elegant neighboring manor house. Peace and tranquility abound on the edge of a vast plateau of fields and wooded meadows, in the heart of a peaceful residential hamlet, bordering a delightful, typical little village with a few small shops and a supermarket, nestled on the banks of the Dheune (a bucolic, fish-filled river), between the Chalonnais and Beaunois regions, at the edge of the Gergy forest, the literal "green lung" of the area dotted with ponds.
