About this property

Located on the sound side of Navarre Beach. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, sleeps 5 comfortably. The Gulf of Mexico is a short walk across the street. The condo is walking distance to the fishing pier, Juana's, Sailor's Grill and Turtle Conservation. The Condo has 2 smart tv's. The living room tv has dish network and upstairs tv has rabbit ears. The pool is located right outside of condo.

Guests are welcome to use the beach supplies and kayaks provided. Please do not leave any of these items at the beach.

River Kayaks are meant for calm days on the sound (not the gulf). Feel free to drag or carry the kayak to the sound and back. The law required that you have a life vest with you at all times. Please be safe.

The gas grill is also for your use.

No smoking and no pets allowed in condo. Must be 25 years of age to rent this condo.
NOTE: NO TRAILERS OR PULL BEHINDS ALLOWED. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. NO REFUNDS ON THE RESERVATION IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE!!!

We picked an abnormally hot week ti visit. However, the pool was refreshing. We was not totally sure on how to get to the sound side, didnt know if we was entering someone else's property. We had a great time at the pier and the beach.

Cute place!

Decor aesthetics matter to me. This cute condo is tastefully furnished & decorated. It has a really cute vintage beach vibe (w/o 90s decor & anchers!). This & the kayaks were the biggest selling points for us. We were super pleased to discover upon arrival that there was a large outdoor storage bin w/boogie boards, beach chairs (2), beach umbrella & sand toys. And also a wagon to use to transport everything to the beach! This was super useful for our family of 4. The place isn't big & 1 bathroom upstairs (sprial staircase) might be tricky for some, but we managed no problem. Perhaps an error, but there wasn't back-up toilet paper in the condo. However, the owner responded to our SOS for TP very quickly & apologetically. The townhome community that this condo is situated in is pretty worn & aged. The fancy new places being built right next door sort of amplify this. They also obstruct what was probably one a very lovely view of the sound. Construction sounds were kind of annoying at times but this won't last forever & is out of the owner's control.Even still, the location & proximity to the beach (a block or 2 across the street) & the sound (about 50 yards) was really lovely. We enjoyed our stay & would happily return.

Family vacation 2023

Loved everything. Excellent location. Couple of small issues that are really not important. Couldn't get the grill to work but not a big deal. Pool stayed green the entire stay. Would definitely stay again. Very cozy. And again, wonderful location.

Great stay

We stayed at Jan's place, that had easy access to the beach, great location at Navarre Beach . The unit where we stayed was clean and had all the necessary amenities to make the vacation great. Pool was good. Communication with the owners was great.

Great, Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Relax on the Sound Side. I would definitely stay here again. We loved the view of the sound from every room. We enjoyed the kayaks and really appreciated that there were two PFDs (and oars) for us to use as well. Outdoor shower/hose was great. Perfect location under the stairs and easy to use. The condo was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs; we made eggs and toast each morning, and made pasta and pizza while we were there. There were also some containers for leftovers! Each room had all the supplies we needed. We didn't need them, but even noticed a couple extra toothbrush kits! The only bathroom is on the upper/bedroom level, but that wasn't an issue for us. The overall location was great for us, a very short walk to the beach (gulf). We picked up groceries and dinner across the bridge a couple times (drove there, was super quick). We also walked to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center from the condo. We did not use the pull out bed nor the pool while we were there. My only complaint, and this seems to be a Navarre thing so it did not affect my rating, is there is no recycling. The nearest recycling location was about an hour away!

A great location with a nice view!

We really enjoyed our stay! Had trouble with the lock, which was totally our fault and we received communication right away. Loved the area, very quiet, miles of walking, the bay was 50 steps away and the gulf a 5 minute walk. Perfect for two people!

Tranquil retreat

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It has great views, is Very nicely set up and decorated, and is only a short walk to the beach. The spiral staircase is a challenge, not suited for anyone with mobility issues certainly. The hosts were very responsive and nice to work with.

Great little beach condo

Access to property was simple. Space was cleaned and reasonably well stocked. A/C was cold and all appliances worked. We had a nice time in this small, quaint space :-)

Great Beach House

Good stay in Navarre. Plenty of amenities, in walking distance of the beach and shops/restaurants, etc. Much better than staying in a hotel for not much price difference. We will try it again.

Family trip

The condo was clean and in a good location. Close to Beach & the sound. Our teenagers enjoyed kayaking in the sound. We had a lot of rain during our stay but found other things to do.

Amazing

This property had the best of both worlds! It was easily walked to either side of the island for both sea and sound experience and it had many beautiful features inside the condo. The property manager was fantastic to communicate with and even dropped off floaties for the kids to play with in case they wanted to float in the water.
