Boat launch w/in mins-Pet friendly

~ Escape & unwind with the salty air in our little getaway! Relax & forget about it all. This home was built by our family in the eighties. Most of the living space is reclaimed wood. It is a private secondary walk-up unit. The unit is an open concept loft with a queen bed, twin sleep chair & full sleeper sofa. Pack-n-Play, high chair and baby bath tub are onsite for guest use. There is a public boat ramp 0.2 miles away. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach. Multiple local eateries within five miles. We love this area because of all nature has to offer here from hikes, beautiful places to bike ride, bird watching, snorkeling, scuba diving, museums, rivers, creeks & the whitest beaches!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash inside in the can or next to it.
Leave sleeper sofa or chair unfold when checking out.
Set A/C to 72 when leaving. Wash and put away all dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The loft area is just for owners use only. This area is off limits! If any furniture is moved and not put back, there will be a $50 fee added.
If water toys are brought boat parking is $100 for the stay.
