Nestled in the heart of a 5-hectare wooded park, home to century-old trees, this beautiful family house offers an exceptional retreat for a peaceful countryside stay. The property, fully renovated between 2024 and 2026, features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a living room with breathtaking views of the park. The ground floor offers two large bedrooms with queen-size beds and a mezzanine office. On the second floor, there is a twin bedroom and a children's bedroom with a single bed and a cot. Both floors have their own bathroom and toilet. The house is equipped for the whole family: garden furniture, high chair, board games, fibre optic internet connection… Our canine friends are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and do not go into the bedrooms. You can have breakfast under the branches of a remarkable wild tulip tree. Your hosts, who live on the property, welcome you into their family home and will be happy to provide information on all the activities in the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity of the Avaugour/Bois Meur forest (1100 ha), you can enjoy horseback riding or riding lessons at the Orzel stables equestrian centre (located nearby). You also have access to all amenities in the village of Plouagat (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) 7 minutes away. Châtelaudren, a small town with character, is 10 minutes away. The pretty town of Guingamp is 15 minutes away. Located 25 minutes from Rosaires beach, less than an hour from the Pink Granite Coast and the Île de Bréhat, it is ideally situated for discovering the wonders of the Armour and Argoat regions.
