The former fishing village of Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom with about 1,000 inhabitants. The location on the narrowest point of the island make the special charm of the small town - closely surrounded by both the Baltic Sea and the backwaters. The residential and holiday residence "Zur Ostsee" (built in 2009) in Zempin is located about 2 minutes walk from the beach. The house has lift, balcony, bicycle storage and parking space. Centrally located in the house a washing machine and dryer with coin counter for you. Internet Wi-Fi is partially available.

Urlaub

Sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super und wir haben die Ruhe und das schöne Wetter genossen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Silvester auf Usedom

Wir sind immer wieder gerne auf der Insel Usedom zu Gast. Der Ostseestrand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und ein Imbiss mit Fischbrötchen und Sanddornglühwein befindet sich direkt daneben. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Für uns optimal zur Erholung.

Sehr schöne Fewo, jedoch mit Mängeln, die problemlos abgestellt werden könnten

Eigentlich super, jedoch Wohnung erst reichliche Stunde später bezugsfertig; Schloß an Wohnungstür ging nach gefühlten 100 Versuchen zu öffnen, wurde nach Anruf nach 3 Tagen behoben. Kühlschrank kühlte überhaupt nicht. Wurde bemängelt, ging aber in der Kürze der Zeit nicht zu beheben. Sauberkeit insbesondere Balkon bleibt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Ansonsten schöne Fewo, kann ohne die Mängel unbedingt weiter empfohlen werden!
