The apartment house Granitz is quietly located in a prime location to the north beach and the forest promenade, at the beginning of the beach road in Göhren. A staircase in the garden leads from the property directly to the beach. 1. Row to the beach and the forest promenade. The facility includes a bicycle storage, telephone booth, washing machine and drying machine in the communal cellar, as well as a children's playground with spacious lawn area. Die Wohnung ist an sich ganz schön. Als störend empfanden wir den stinkenden Abfluss im Bad und die Spinnweben im Bad. Ansonsten alles in allem eine gute Wohnung. Kisseninlay dürfte gern mal wieder gesäubert bzw getauscht werden.

So war alles super schön und sauber nur ein Abwaschlappen und Handtücher zum abtrocknen obwohl das im Inventar der Wohnung vorhanden sein sollte. Der Eigentümer könnte auch Mal das Sofa austauschen es ist schon sehr durchgesessen so das man beim Sitzen und Liegen die Bodenplatte bemerkt.

Schmutzig

Wir fanden es nicht dreckig aber etwas schmutzig. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist sehr ekelhaft. Die Vorhänge fanden wir auch als sehr schmutzig. Der Parkplatz ist wirklich sehr eng. Die Lage fanden wir sehr schön besonders mit ein kleinkind. Die Leute waren alle sehr freundlich.

Wohnung ist super schön leider ist der Abfluss in der Dusche nicht ordnungsgemäß eingebaut wurden dadurch ist ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Bad .....wir haben es weiter gegeben und hoffen das diese Sache behoben wird

Disko direkt nebenan....bis teilweise 4uhr unerträglicher Lärm... Aus dem Duschabfluß stinkt es wiederlich... Am Geschirr waren teilweise Essensreste... Enge Parkplätze mit netten Leuten aus dem unten liegenden Geschäftbereich, die so parken, das man selbst nicht auf den eigenen Parkplatz kommt...
