Welcome to the Belle Epoque where history will punctuate your stay! You are on the heights of Bouillante, in the heart of an old coffee mill completely renovated and carefully furnished to offer you the ideal setting for your vacation as a couple or with your family.

The warm owner Yamile and her husband Christian will share their passion for these places with you.

Rated 3 stars Atout France and with a surface area of 60m2, the Belle Epoque accommodation is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor, at the entrance to the house, is the large gallery terrace with its outdoor dining table and hammock. The living room offers a large living area with its open kitchen and relaxation area.

You will also find the bathroom with indoor toilet and a magnificent large stone and wood shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure you all the comfort during your stay: 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, small appliances (filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plancha, blender...), pressure cooker, cleaning products available...

Upstairs, there is first of all the large bedroom with bed 160 x 200cm and adjoining dressing room. A second bedroom (smaller sleeping area) is available for families with children with the possibility of 2 additional beds in single bed of 90 x 190 cm. A separate toilet is also available.

This villa is ideal for relaxing in peace in an idyllic setting. You will be less than 5 minutes away from Malendure Beach and its water activities.
