Floor: 2 bedrooms: one with a toilet area (sink) and 1 (140x190 bed), the other with (2 single beds). Enclosed terrace of 100 m² with garden furniture and deckchairs. Landscaped garden in front. In the suburban district of St-Laurent de la Mer, 300 m from the Nouëlles beach, 500 m from the shops, come and stay in this comfortable house, completely renovated in 2012, independent, close to the owner's home.
