This suite also is one of the few available in the resort that feature ZERO-STEPS for easier accessibility, from the parking garage and through the entire unit, as well as a walk-in shower! Also, this 3rd floor unit allows you to go directly from the parking deck's 3rd floor to the unit - majority of the resort's other floors are not direct to the garage.

A separate living room with a full-size sleeper sofa, TV with cable access & complimentary wireless Internet access, and an iron/ironing board.

A kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink, four-burner stovetop, coffee maker everything you need to create delicious meals. When it's time to dine, the dining table accommodates two, with added seating on the balcony for two more.

We highly suggest having or renting a car. While Uber and Lyft as well as Taxi services are available in the Myrtle Beach area, there are not as many along the Grand Strand as in a major city, as well as it is more economical.

Beach Colony Resort has two oceanfront pools that are both heated, great for those cooler months, there is also an indoor pool. The resort also has a Lazy River that you can float around on. Make sure to soak in one of the Hot tubs that are both indoor and outside for your relaxation.

There are 2 parking spaces allowed for this condo, and passes will be in your room on arrival. If you happen to be bringing an oversize vehicle, we leave the correct parking pass for this type of parking in the condo for your arrival. Oversize vehicles are to be parked on the 1st level when you enter the garage. From there, you can take the elevator directly around the corner on the 2nd level.

There is no trailer parking allowed.

Other important things to note

- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.

- Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. You will receive two (2) standard passes, and one (1) oversize parking pass for vehicles that are too large and need to be parked on the 1st level of the garage. These need to be returned to the unit on departure.

- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.
