Cozy vacation home in beach location for 4 people and only 100m to the bathing area

Our 35 sqm log cabin was rebuilt in the winter of 2017/2018. On 08. 02. 2019, the log house was classified by the German tourism association with 3 stars.



The holiday home stands on a plot, in a completely fenced area, with private access. A parking possibility exists directly in front of the property as well as in a parking lot approx. 80 m far away.

In the living area there is a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a Smart TV with Internet access and an open separate, fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
The cozy sleeping loft can be reached via a ladder. Here is a double bed 180x200 and a sleeping mattress 120x180 cm.

Outside there is a terrace, small lawn with a small children's play area, parasol, patio furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.

Bed linen, Wi-Fi, high chair, travel cot, electricity and water consumption is included in the room rate. There are no additional costs apart from the local tourist tax (01. 04.-31.10). All children accessible outlets have child safety locks.

The log cabin is located almost directly (100 away) on Lake Plau with a swimming area and adjacent playground.
The bathing area is located in the district Heidenholz near a small holiday village. A beautiful sandy beach, a sunbathing area with benches ensure relaxed bathing fun.

The log cabin is completely isolated, has central heating and is thus the entire year bookable and pleasantly tempered. All windows have an external blind.

Non-smoking non-smoking house.

Bike rental by the landlord: a men's and a women's bike, as well as an 18 inch and a 24 inch children's bike available. Child seat for luggage rack available. For reasons of hygiene, no bicycle helmets.
