Newly renovated townhouse. It is a 4-unit complex. Very family friendly. Living room has queen size sofa bed, new kitchen and bathrooms. All rooms have cable TV except the kitchen. Outside Patio with shower, barbecue and patio set. Patio is all newly fenced in for privacy. One block to the beach and 2 blocks to the bay. Walk to restaurants and boardwalk. One assigned parking spot in the lot. No badges included.

The $60/night rate is for off season rentals by the month only.

Relaxing Vacation

This was our first stay with Grace and our first time completely on our own as a family of 5 and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The property was beautiful, quiet, secluded. Anytime I contacted Grace she was at our immediate help! I can’t wait to book again next year for our family vacation!

Winter stay at the shore

The two of us were looking for a quiet place to spend a winter month in NJ This shore house was just right. It provided a well-appointed and comfortable home-base for walks, bike rides, and jaunts around NJ. Yup, we would do it again. thanks

Beautiful summer rental

Renting from Grace was very nice. The condo was nice and not far from the beach and boardwalk. So you really did not have to use your car to get up to the beach each day. Grace was a great host and made sure if there was a problem she would fix it. Thank you Grace for letting myself and my family use your shore rental.

Hi Vacationer, You may be looking for reviews concerning my townhouse. I have been renting my townhouse for the past 10 years. I've been getting repeat business from the same families for the past 10 years. They really don't leave any reviews because they are mostly word of mouth rentals. I had also taken off my place for a year, since we had an emergency and therefore not renting. Anyway, when I activated the listing again, I lost all of the previous reviews from some new families. I never had a bad review. Anyway, if you do decide to rent my place, it will be very enjoyable. It is very family friendly and safe. Thank you for your time and hoping to meet you, if I have any weeks available!!

Why they chose this property

My family has been coming down to Seaside Park for the past 50+ years. There have been a couple of generations, as I brought my children down for the summers and now having my grandchildren down, makes it even better. They just love the Jersey Shore. We have seen many changes over the years, but always making it better. The boardwalk really took a beating over the years concerning the hurricanes and the fire, but everything was rebuilt bigger and better. Everything is so convenient with restaurants and the ocean being one block away and having the bay two blocks away for fishing and a playground for the kids. There are alot of conveniences. Just a great place to have a great summer!!!

We are one of the only townhomes that have a private fenced in backyard with barbecue and patio set for your privacy when dining outside.
