Die Wohnung war klein aber gemütlich ausser im 3. Zimmer da geht die Heizung nicht richtig es war kalt. Die Heizung konnte man nicht höher schalten.

Man sieht, dass die Wohnung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, aber zentral mit einem wunderbaren Panoramafenster im Esszimmer mit Südausrichtung und Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg. Die Einrichtung erinnert mich an meine Jugend in den 80 er Jahren. Bad und Küche sind sehr klein, es ist jedoch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Coop und der Nähe und die Bäckerei haben uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Die Küche ist sehr modern und gut ausgerüstet .Ein grosses Vorteil ist dass die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen ist ! Gleich neben der Skipiste, wir sind schon das dritte mal in Chesa Arlas .Schön währe wenn das Sofa neu ersetzt wird da es schon durchgesessen ist! Garage ist zu klein für ein normales Auto vieleicht für einen Smart würde es noch passen. Wir mussten immer für unser Parkplatz (kämpfen) da es nur 3 Plätze hat. Frau M... war sehr Freundlich grazcha fich!
