Holiday house Carla is located in the quiet Vielleviertel Cimizin, only 10 minutes walk from the Pical beach and about 900m from the Porec old town. The house was partially renovated in 2016 and is located on its own 100m2 plot with a beautiful garden. Parking is private in front of the house and the garden with grill and garden furniture is available for single use.
The holiday home Carla offers space for 2-4 people and is located on 100m2, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with exit to the covered terrace with garden furniture and access to the garden, and bathroom with shower / toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and balcony with a sofa and a bedroom with a French bed, as well as a bathroom with tub / toilet.
Wireless internet and air conditioning are available and included in the price.
The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and yard are exclusively available to guests.
Pets are welcome.
