Spend the weekend by the lake with friends or family! This peaceful 2022 build is perfect for your stay with everything you need to have a great time. We have wifi, Roku/Fire TVs, games, coffee, and comfortable beds. This home is less than a 5 minute drive from Lake Conroe and TONS of great and popular restaurants! Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, our guests with kids love the area. Less than 20 minutes from Iron Manor.

Great set up!

We were in town for my brother's wedding with 3 small kids and my parents. It was a great house with a layout that worked really well for us. The open kitchen/living room made a great layout for our downtime. John was very communicative and easy to work with. The neighborhood seemed to be in transition, but worked well for our stay.
