Victor Harbor rentals with pool

Excellent property great views relaxing stay.

We had a fabulous stay for our two families. The living area is spacious with a huge TV, comfortable lounges and inside & outside tables to seat 8. The pool is large and there's a nice outdoor area with 4 comfortable lounge chairs.The kitchen is spacious with a butler's pantry. There's also a very usable laundry.The 3 upstairs bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms tastefully decorated. However the 4th bedroom downstairs only fit the bed, which meant nowhere to hang clothes and not really the space for a suitcase. The second living area upstairs was spacious and there's a huge study downstairs too. All in all, the house is fantastic.But.... there are a number of very basic kitchen items which are missing. No champagne glasses, bottle opener, grater, small bowls for things like nuts/olives, bread knife, pepper grinder. These are all fairly inexpensive items which should be included. There are only 10 coat hangers in the whole house which clearly isn't enough for a 4 bedroom house.There's no hairdryer or iron, which should be included in a house of this calibre. As they are not mentioned on the list of amenities, bringing your own hairdryer is doable, however if you were getting ready to go to a wedding or the like, you don't want to have to travel with an iron and ironing board.Even taking into account the lack of these few basic items, we would definately recommend this house and will return. I hope the owner takes note and makes some purchases!

Easy to access and well situated

The apartment was beautifully presented. Super clean and tidy and yet very welcoming. The layout was a great use of a historic building and provided all the modern amenities and everything we needed to self cater (hot plate, frying pan, saucepan, microwave, utensils etc). The location was brilliant: we were able to park in the building carpark and we didn't need the car after that, it was so quick and easy to walk to local attractions and eateries. Very good interactions with hosts. The place is a bit of a rabbit warren to find the room at first, but a local helpfully pointed us in the right direction. Would definitely stay again.

Ralaxed atmosphere, beautiful natural surroundings, lots to do or nothing to do..your choice, clean, fully equipped bnb ...oh and the heated pool . Just devine...A big shout out to Rob & Tracy....truly genuine people

Rose Eden House is one of the most beautiful and historic properties I have had the pleasure of staying at. If myself and my partner are ever in Goolwa again we will not hesitate to book! Perfect for couples.

It was very easy to relax in the wonderful apartment. The view was incredible and the apartment was extremely well stocked. Loved it!!!

Host was great to communicate with and had a great stay.
