You never have to leave the resort! Safe and luxurious for friends, couples, or families. Walk to everything or have the speedy shuttles take you around the entire resort. Sanctuary, infinity, and "party" pools, gorgeous beaches, 20 restaurants, on site waterpark, turtle sanctuary, Jack Niklaus golf course, kayak rentals, spa, full weight room, and our favorite is SALUM. Salum is on the beach and offers any type of food and drink at all price ranges suitable for all groups. Dine on the water, with your feet in the sand, listen to live music and dance, and ALWAYS try the fresh churros at Salum!

It was nice but needs a little improvement

The place smelled humid , bedding , sheets , pillow cases or pillows smelled moldy ..but I can’t say I didn’t have a great time .

We have fallen in love with Vidanta properties around Mexico and travel here a few times a year. We are excited to share this resort and our experiences and tips with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Vidanta is a GORGEOUS resort property. It is big, but do not be intimidated. The Vidanta app on your phone shows you the way to everything. There are shuttles running all over the resort non stop. Or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful jungle on the wooden walkways and learn about the local animals and flora.

Perfect resort for families, friends, or couples. There are a million places to go and enjoy your time. Quiet corners to relax, pool parties to play games and dance, or a safe zero entry beach pool for the little kids. We have had girls birthday trips, college reunions, and family trips and everyone is always satisfied and happy.

The restaurants are plentiful and varied. We like eating at Salum- you can order from 5 different restaurants all from the same table! Everyone gets what they want. Sit in the sand, at a private table over a pool, or in the restaurants. The sit down restaurants are just delicious! Steak restaurant, italian, sushi, mexican, burgers, so much more.

The service is amazing. We have only had the most kind and generous people taking care of us and making our vacations perfect. Truly top notch and we have built relationships and connections with some of these wonderful employees.
