The accommodation is located within the Port Bourgenay complex, a very peaceful and pleasant setting for a relaxing holiday. You will be able to enjoy two swimming pools accessible within the complex, including one with a children's pool and water slides. Leisure facilities are also available on site such as tennis and mini-golf (rates and information available on the Bourgenay Village website).

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
