Cocoonr Dinard offers this charming 70 m² town house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Just a 3-minute walk from Dinard's famous market, the house comprises a pretty 16m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A corridor leads to a first double bedroom (140x200cm) - blackout blinds
- A second bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160x200cm) and a dressing cupboard - blackout shutters
A shower room with walk-in shower

On the upper level:
-A bright 16m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (including Nespresso pod coffee maker, kettle, fridge with 1 door with integrated freezer, three-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven), opening onto a lounge and a dining area with a dining table that can seat up to 4 guests.

Outside:
- A south-facing terrace, equipped with a table that can seat 4 to 6 guests.

Area:
- The house is ideally located, right in the centre of town, a stone's throw from the fabulous Dinard market which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- La petite maison bleue is 6 minutes from the beach at l'Ecluse and you'll find all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market, etc. (supermarket 200 m away).

If you choose to come by car, the house does not have a private parking space. You will find free parking spaces in the neighbouring streets.
The Raphael Veil outdoor car park is 800m from the house and is free all year round (except July and August).
The "halles et plage" underground car park is 250m from the house and offers parking packages. (For more information, visit the Dinard town hall website).

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Saint-Malo train station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car.
