You'll have the entire main floor of this spacious 1,000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom home just steps away from downtown Dennis Port with popular restaurants, shopping, bars, and family activities. Leave the car at home and walk to everything you need. Jump on a bike and head to the ocean beach in under a mile. Large private yard for family games; a gazebo to sit under for morning coffee; and a firepit for an evening of relaxing. Huge driveway for several cars or even to park a boat. Simple, fun, close to beach

Great trip. Home was very clean and up to date. Very comfortable mattresses. Close to beach and lots of restaurants. Kim, the owner, was extremely helpful if we needed anything 🙂.

Great rental

The house is in a good location and is very well taken care of. Everything was as expected and advertised. Kim does a great job meeting all your needs and is quick to respond to text when needed. Overall, a great experience for our long weekend on the Cape. Would recommend!

What a wonderful house

The house is very nicely furnished and well appointed. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The house was immaculate. It has a lot of room for a family to spread out. Kim was very helpful, letting us know when we could get into the property a bit early and offered us late checkout. She was quick to respond to any questions. I did walk to the beach for exercise. I think it would be a bit difficult with all of our beach gear. However it’s a straight shot. The house is within walking distance of many cute shops and restaurants. I would recommend staying here.
