Check-In/Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require any special arrangements, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

No Smoking: This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, vaping, and cigars inside the property. We kindly ask that you use the designated outdoor area for smoking. A $500 fee will be charged if any kind of smoking occurs within the property.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and preserve the tranquility of the area, we observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please use our entertainment amenities responsibly during these times.

No Parties: Our property enforces a strict no-party policy to maintain a serene and peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

Seasonal Maintenance: Snow removal during winter and general property upkeep are handled regularly to ensure your comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Pests: While we take preventive measures to keep the home pest-free, the mountain environment may occasionally bring pests indoors. If you notice any, please take a picture and notify us. We will promptly address the issue.

Local Attractions: Our retreat is conveniently located close to world-class skiing at Palisades Tahoe, scenic Lake Tahoe, and numerous hiking and biking trails. Don’t hesitate to ask us for recommendations on dining, activities, or local attractions to make the most of your stay.

Please treat this mountain retreat with respect. Return everything as you found it, report any damage promptly, adhere to the no-party policy, and observe quiet hours for the comfort of all.

Parking: No more than 2 cars are allowed on the premises. Parking on neighbors’ property, yards, or the side of the street is strictly prohibited.

Fireplace: Use fireplace responsible . Fireplace is available but must be supervised at all times.

Provided Supplies: We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, and at least 3 trash bags. For longer stays, plan to bring additional supplies as needed.

Thermostat Settings: You control the thermostat, but please keep the temperature within a range of 66–76°F to maintain comfort and efficiency.

Linens & Damage: Any linens that are stained or damaged beyond repair will result in a replacement fee, plus an additional $5–$10 restocking fee for processing.

Locked Storage: Tampering with locked cabinets or storage areas will result in a $300 fee. These areas are reserved for maintenance and management purposes.
