Luxurious modern villa of 200 m2 of living space in the heart of the Vendée. Classified 5 stars furnished for tourism
Come and enjoy its large heated swimming pool (from May to September), its 6-person jacuzzi in service all year round, its bowling green with bar and brazier and its gym. All on a fully landscaped plot of 3700 m2, with, little extra, a vegetable garden at your disposal.
Located in a quiet area, you will be 10 minutes walk from the shops of the city centre of Mouilleron.

The accommodation
This villa is open to nature with its large living room of 70 m2 and its large bay windows.
In summer, you can relax on one of the many terraces equipped with various garden furniture.
In winter, the large living room will welcome you for evenings by the fire (wood provided).
A fully equipped kitchen will welcome gourmets to cook comfortably.
If you wish to telework, you will have access to several desks, a quality internet connection and many power outlets, all the way to the bottom of the garden!
For sleeping, a sleeping area with 3 beautiful bedrooms, shower room and toilet. And, at the other end of the villa, 2 master suites with shower room, separate toilet and private terrace with garden furniture!
Imagine a summer day in this villa...
... breakfast on the terrace in the sun... jacuzzi with coffee... jogging in the many paths of Mouilleron le Captif.
Aperitif on one of the many terraces: under the patio, under the oaks, west side, north side, at the entrance.... then Weber BBQ or Plancha for lunch... nap on the hammock...
Swimming pool in the afternoon... and rest on the deckchairs....
A game of pétanque or Molky on the field under the coolness of the oaks...
A little sport and cycling to enjoy the many hikes ...
At your disposal:

- 2 children's bikes
To end the day brazier (except during dry periods) and dine with the setting sun!
And winter?
Take advantage of the warmth of the jacuzzi to relax and start the day off right.
Join the many points of interest in the department for a nature, cultural or sporting visit...
Come back and enjoy the large living room bathed in light and relax in front of the fireplace...
Or enjoy the outdoors and gather around the large brazier for an aperitif or cook your roasted chestnuts (grill, stove and wood provided)!
For the more sporty, go to the gym to let off steam!

Travellers' access
For the outdoors, you will have access to all the gardens and terraces.
Inside, the whole house is reserved exclusively for you. Only one room in the house is inaccessible but remains unoccupied.
A pool-house with toilet, shower, vanity unit and fridge is at your disposal.

For health and safety reasons, we ask you to smoke outside the Villa.
Cleanliness and health safety are important criteria to which we are attached in the current context, this is why cleaning is not an option.
On your arrival a deposit check of 2500€ will be requested, it will be returned to you on your departure after checking the villa and its equipment.
Parties are obviously prohibited.
For your comfort, and travel light, bed linens, towels and pool towels are included in the rental!!
