Charming house in a quiet area, of about 100 m², located on a plot of 1,500 m². You will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool of 11 x 5 metres, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All essential amenities, as well as a supermarket, can be reached in just 10 minutes. The house is also located 30 minutes from Montpellier and the Sud de France train station.
The house is located at the foot of an authentic village of 500 inhabitants dating back to the tenth century, ideal for a walk.

Une maison agréable, avec toutes les commodités présentes.Les : une très belle piscine et un calme idéal pour se ressourcer.Des hôtes charmants et disponibles. Les-: la chambre de l'étage, non climatisée, pas agréable sous ces fortes chaleurs. La climatisation du coin nuit peu efficace pour les 2 chambres du bas. Malgré ces points à améliorer, nous avons passé 2 belles semaines.

Très belle maison conforme aux photos dans un environnement très calme. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les couchages sont bons et la piscine est fantastique. Quelques points nous ont dérangé :- Pas de climatiseur dans les chambres : il y en a un dans le salon et un dans le couloir des chambres en bas. La chambre à l’étage reste assez chaude. - Certains intérieurs armoires sont bien poussiéreux.- La maison n’était pas prête à 16h comme indiqué dans l’annonce (mais à 17h) mais les propriétaires ont été inflexibles sur l’heure de départ (nous avions demandé de partir à 10h30).Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour.

Merci Hélène pour votre commentaire qui va contribué à nous améliorer. Nous allons porter une attention particulière sur la poussière au niveau des placards. Nous allons prévoir un laps de temps plus important lorsque des locataires se succèdent le même jour, ceci afin de pouvoir gagner en souplesse sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Globalement nous sommes très heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour dans notre maison et vous recommandons auprès des hôtes.

Pluspunkte:- großes uneinsehbares Grundstück mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre- sehr großer, sauberer Pool. Man kann wirklich drin schwimmen! Für Nichtschwimmer Kinder eher ungeeignet.- sehr angenehmer und direkter Kontakt mit Emmanuel, dem Vermieter. Er war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr aktiv um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert- kein Bäcker im Ort aber ein wirklich gut funktionierender Baguette Automat um die Ecke- Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung. Es fehlten nur ein paar Besteck Messer, aber kein Problem- netter kleiner Ort, ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der UmgebungNegativpunkte: - ein Schlafzimmer liegt im Obergeschoss, das leider nicht klimatisiert ist. Im Juli nicht wirklich zum Schlafen zu verwenden. - hätten wir wohl wissen können: die Natur war im Juli leider völlig verdorrt und alle kleineren Flüsse ausgetrocknet. Im Frühjahr oder Herbst ist die Umgebung bestimmt wunderschön, im Hochsommer eher trist. Vielen Dank an Emmanuel für die schöne Zeit und alles Gute für euch!
