The space
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom lakeside home is located in The Hideout, the premier gated community of Lake Ariel, offering guests complete privacy and comfort. Home features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom features walk-out balcony and private en suite bathroom. Spacious living room with comfy sofa and Smart HDTV, foosball table, high-speed Wi-Fi, driveway parking, BBQ grill, keyless access & access to Hideout community amenities!

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Your welcome package includes three amenity badges for use at the community amenities (additional can be purchased as needed/desired). The community boasts a recreational sports complex, golf course, indoor/outdoor tennis, power boat lake, two sand beaches, two heated outdoor pools, physical fitness center, mini golf, art center, woodworkers building, ski lift & lodge and tubing run. Please note: all activities must follow on-site requirements for registration, availability for use and/or fees as applicable for amenities selected. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
