Modern and clean our home is pet-friendly (one small/med dog only with a pet fee) and non-smoking. It has 3 bedrooms (including 2 king beds, 1 full bed, and one twin bed) with 3 adjoining bathroom suites, and one twin futon chair (in living room). Light and bright, the open family and well-appointed kitchen is the heart of the home. Enjoy new appliances, fresh paint, new flooring, beds, sofa-bed, bedding, & TV's throughout. Inside our home we have a lot of modern amenities, including AC and a gas fireplace. There are several flatscreen TVs , and High-Speed Internet & WiFi access.

There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and the great room. Smart TVs with live TV streams, streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu with your account), and screen mirroring from a compatible smartphone or network connected device. High speed wifi internet with speeds up to 300 Mbps. This speed is good for: Video calling/conferencing, HD streaming on multiple devices, and downloading shows, movies and large files.

Movie nights are comfortable in the great room, with easy kitchen access. The kitchen offers a gas range, microwave, crock-pot, spice-rack, blender, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster.

We have 5 cruiser bikes, 3 mountain bikes, and 6 child/tween bikes for use, as well as foos-ball & PING-PONG in the garage. Outside there's a large private patio, BBQ, and HOT-TUB!

Located in the quiet north end of Sunriver resort in a peaceful culdesac with walking access to the Cottonwood store, bike paths, golf, Fortrock Park (1 mile away), and tennis courts. It includes 8 Sharq passes for use during your stay, which is just a 2 mile bike or car ride away. The Village is is an easy 2.5 mile bike ride or car drive away with lots great shops, miniature golf, ice skating and restaurants. The city of Bend is just a 10 minute drive offering more restaurants, museums and shopping.

In the summer months, visitors can golf, hike, ride horses, or paddle down the Deschutes River in a raft, canoe, kayak, or stand up paddleboard. Enjoy 8 SHARC passes in the summer with access to sports courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a lazy river (please contact SHARC directly for hours and availability). If Sharc passes are lost, there is a replacement fee of $75 that will be billed to guest. The outdoor furniture and BBQ are available in the summer months.

Gaze at the stars from the hot-tub on the back private patio, or from the famed observatory throughout the year. Play in the snow in the winter. The popular Mount Bacherlor ski area is also just 20 minutes away.

Please note that all guests must be 25 and older (except parents/guardians and children) and abide by Sunriver noise ordinances (quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am), and CCNR's. No smoking, vaping, no drugs, candles, fireworks, or parties that exceed the capacity of 8 people allowed to stay.

Parking in the driveway is limited to three cars. Off-street parking is prohibited. Cars may be towed by Sunriver HOA if parked along the street. Parking in the garage is prohibited. Boats, RV's, and other vehicles other than cars are not allowed.

There is one medium sized dog allowed (no cats), when the guest communicates in writing that they plan to bring their dog and pays the additional $79 pet fee after booking. Dog must stay off of the furniture. Dog must be crated in the garage, if left alone at the house. Please clean up after your dog. A second dog is sometimes allowable with an additional $79 pet fee after booking. No shoes in the house please.

This home is approved as a vacation rental through Deschutes County, DCCA #824572. For your additional security, we have external cameras. Please note check-in is from 4:00- 8:00 from September - May, and check in is 5:00 -8:00 pm from June - August.

The hot-tub is serviced between guests, but sometimes maintenance checks are performed during a stay. If you have an urgent issue with the hot-tub and need service please contact the Tubs Alive emergency service number.

Please note our home is not ADA compliant, and does have a couple steps to enter and exit the home. We have cameras outside of our home to avoid vandalism. For infants and young children, please bring outlet covers and other safety accessories to child-proof the home.

If items are accidentally left behind at the house, it is the responsibility of the guest to drive back and pick them up on a day and time that is approved by the host (when another guest has not booked). If our cleaner needs to be involved with pick-up, an additional fee will be assessed for her time.

Please turn the inside lights off, fireplace off, and lock the home upon departure. Please clean your dishes and empty the dishwasher before departure. Please clean out lint in dryer if you do laundry.
