This updated, 2bd/2ba condo is in a quiet & safe coastal neighborhood giving you peace of mind, while you take a sip of your favorite drink on the patio after a fun-filled day at the beach or at the local museums.

The Location:
This location is perfect for week-long vacations, as we’ve equipped you with day-to-day linens, kitchen utensils, and a washer and dryer allowing you to wear your favorite swimsuit over and over!
*NOTE: the one thing you don’t want to forget is your toiletries and paper items. This is a carry in/out rental. We do not provide detergent/shampoos/paper goods.

The Details:
The Sandcastle is a second floor unit. There is no elevator, and access is via a covered stair case. Our place is family-friendly, with a 2nd bedroom connected to the 2nd bathroom & furnished with a full over full bunk bed and a dresser to make your kids feel right at home, allowing you to get the much needed vacation rest your pining for!

Additionally, both rooms have room darkening curtains & the master bedroom has USB chargers conveniently located on the nightstands.

*While the condo isn’t babyproof, we’ve provided a pack and play giving your baby a safe place to rest, along with a high chair.

Aside from the must-haves for a perfect, easy-going vacation, our condo also includes access to the neighborhood park providing convenient, kid-friendly entertainment. You will also find readily-available parking alongside the building.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Before your stay is confirmed you have 48 hours to do the following: Sign a rental agreement, including a copy of a valid ID.

KEY POINTS:
Renters of the Sandcastle must be 25 years or older (our HOA agrees with the car rental companies on this one) & will be verified via ID
We’re fans of having a good time, but no parties or events are allowed at the Sandcastle.
Check-in & check-out are done virtually: your access code will be provided to you 48 hours before you arrive which is valid at 4 pm the day you arrive & expires at 10 am the day you leave. *due to strict cleaning policies we don’t offer early arrivals or late departures.

SECURITY
The property includes a Blink video camera that records audio & video at the front door. The host will utilize the camera to verify the check-in/out & guest policy is followed (maximum 4 people per HOA)

CLEANING
Please leave the Sandcastle the same as when you arrived. No need to strip beds or start laundry. The cleaning fee of $100 does not cover excessive cleaning or bodily fluids. Additional fees may apply if either is needed.

August stay

At the last minute we booked a second week in Lewes (we were at another unit in the Village of Five Points in July) and were able to snag this cute property. It’s a great location and a great place to stay! It was our second time in this spot and both times the property has been perfect.

Great Property

Property was newly renovated, well-kept, clean and well furnished. We love the look and decor. However, the beds were a little uncomfortable and small for a good night sleep. Other than the sleeping situation, we loved the place and the hospitality.

Nice visit to Lewes

This was our second stay at this condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in working order. The location was walking distance to restaurants, grocery and others stores, bicycle and walking trails, and just a short drive to the beach and state park. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. Very pleasant stay!

Relaxing vacation in Lewes

This year we chose to stay in the Village of Five Points in Lewes DE. This was our first time staying there and the condo, community and location did not disappoint. Also, we cannot say enough about the owners. Super attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was great. More than enough room for the 3 of us. Our first impression ... clean and new. Many upgrades led to a very enjoyable stay. We like to make most of our meals where we stay, which means we need a fully stocked kitchen and the condo more than met our needs. Towels and linens provided was very convenient. Beds were comfortable as well sofa. Screened-in porch was nice for morning coffee or evening drinks. The community is very nice. There are two pools and multiple tennis courts, both within walking distance of the condo. There is a supermarket in the community which is extremely convenient. There is a great restaurant within the community, and only a 5 minute walk, called Fish On. It is easily one of the best meals that I have ever had at a restaurant in the area. A couple of minutes from the main highway the community is easy to get to. Only about 10 minutes from: the small town of Lewes, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park and the Cape May ferry. If you like to bike, there is plenty of opportunity for serious and casual bikers without having to drive anywhere. Also, the location is only minutes from the Rehobeth DE Tanger Outlets.

Very clean and perfect location

Five points is an excellent location with very good restaurants and a grocery and drug store within easy walking distance. The condo was very clean and had some nice updates. Everything was there and functional. The property owner was extremely responsive and answered several silly questions for us! Overall worked out well.

Great location, beautiful condo!

The updates in this condo made it so relaxing to stay in. Very crisp and new looking. Amazing location. Close to both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches along with the convenience of a Weis and CVS within a block for those last minute needs. Two community pools also within a block or so. Overall extremely happy with our stay!

Enjoyable week in Lewes DE

Very comfortable place to stay. Almost everything was brand new including kitchen appliances and supplies. Great location walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, and only a short drive to beach and state park. Also there is nice walking/bicycling trail in the development. Host was very nice and very responsive to our questions.

Why they chose this property

This location is amazing! We love this village because we can walk to restaurants, the grocery store, the park - we only need to drive down the road to the beach. Quiet neighborhood on the EAST side of Rt. 1 - which is where you want to be! You will turn to the left as traffic piles up in front of you heading to the other beach towns. It's a no hassle vacation spot!

The condo is family friendly and an amazing alternative to staying in a hotel with kids! Your hosts are local and also happy to assist where they can with recommendations or arranging anything in advance to be available upon arrival.
