Close to all amenities, this functional studio located in the heart of the chic and sought-after Prébendes neighborhood will meet your expectations for a pleasant stay in Touraine.
The main room features a double bed for relaxing after a busy day.
If you need to work, a desk awaits!
The separate kitchen will allow you to cook (stovetop, refrigerator, Senséo coffee maker, microwave).
Finally, the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
For your convenience, everything is included in the cleaning fee. Sheets and towels are provided, so all you have to do is unpack your suitcases!
Check-in and check-out are via a keypad.

You will find free parking spaces on the street.
You can do everything on foot or by public transport (bus 5 minutes walk).
Tours train station is located 15 minutes walk.
