Welcome to our newly renovated condo! Our upper, end unit at Mesquite Country Club offers two balconies and views of San Jacinto mountains, high ceilings and lots of light. We are steps away from the pool, tennis/pickle ball court and the walking trails at Prescott Preserve! Vibrant downtown Palm Springs is short distance away with restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, shopping and more. This completely remodeled property has modern design and luxurious touches throughout. It's both cozy and chic. It is meant to be enjoyed by you and your guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo unit. It was perfect! Great location - very close to downtown Palm Springs and the arial tram for San Jacinto Mtn. The condo unit was clean, spacious, with upscale furnishings and decor. The bathroom and kitchen were updated and very attractive. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice view of the mountain range from the balcony. And the gated community was surprisingly quiet. Easy communication with owners. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.

GREAT location and stay

This condo is in a great location with easy access to downtown and other attractions. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed everything about it. Host was very accomodating and available. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean property and the pictures are as advertised. Barb was very communicative with the check in/out process and replied to messages quickly. Beds and sitting areas were very comfortable, bathrooms were lovely and water pressure was great. More amenities were provided than most VRBO properties. We easily parked and came and went. Located around everything and still had a nice, quiet atmosphere. We didn't swim so I cannot speak to the pool facilities. We'd definitely stay here again! Our host made sure that nothing was lacking during our stay. There was ample dish and silverware, bedding, towels, pillows, toiletries, etc. The appliances and HVAC worked perfectly and the TV’s had big, beautiful screens. You could walk to the main commercial drag on Palm Canyon, but it is a jaunt. That said, there are nice walking trails adjacent to the condo community. Barb is a very thoughtful host.

Barbs Condo in Palm Springs is Great

This property worked out great for us. Barb was a great host, the condo was clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfy, its well furnished. The community and pool were nice. A quick drive to downtown. Overall it worked out great and we would stay again.

Great condo!

The property was clean and well appointed, and in a great location. My only critique was that the master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable and was very difficult to keep the sheets on. Everything else was exceptional!

Wonderful stay

Very nice property - nicely decorated, great location, quiet, beautiful grounds, nice tennis court. Plenty of paper supplies for the week! Extra power strips to plug in computers, phones, etc. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property but not clean. I explained to the owner the issues and sent pictures. My cleaning fee was refunded and the owner thanked me for letting her know what was going on so she could address the problems.

Guest reported concerns AFTER check out and then asked for refund another week later. Guest NEVER reported concerns about cleanliness during their stay despite the fact that we had been in contact with each other and they conveniently waited till after check out. These claims were never validated nor did they allow anyone to inspect the unit. We are 5 star hosts and it’s incredibly disappointing to have someone behave in this manner. Guest also stated that items were not working in the property but in fact they are and no concerns by subsequent guests.

Great Location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed conversations by the pool. The mornings were cooler than expected so we couldn't enjoy breakfast and morning coffee on the patio. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. Loved having squishy pillows on the bed. A welcome addition were the phone charging stations on the each bedside table with reading lamps. We took full advantage of the Prescott Preserve right outside the door. Able to get in 4 - 5 mile runs as well as walk the trail with my husband. The location provided easy access to hiking, restaurants and amenities. As others have noted - love the second floor location but it is a steep staircase. Not an issue for us, but could see that being for some. Barb was easy to communicate with and we cannot wait to book again.
