Total Misrepresentation

My son and I booked this room for a baseball tournament in Atlanta. Worst experience possible. Unsafe neighborhood. The AC did not work, flooring missing in bathrooms, bar stools broken, site says washer and dryer, there is no washer/dryer. Stairs lead to a brick wall. Stains in the bedroom carpet. Sheets smelled bad. Towels in the bathroom had a black substance on them. Owner charged me $99 and said I broke the thermostat (her solution to AC not working). So bad I left after the first night and paid again for a hotel. Do not book this place.

A nice get away.

We enjoyed our stay. A little bit of a hiccup with maintenance crew as they came to check up on the sink, when really it was a drainage issue with the dishwasher. Nothing too crazy and out of line. Hostess was pleasant and helpful. I thank her for being patient cause we did leave our home (Tn) a way late to arrive in atl (Ga) for check in. Overall when we do get a chance to visit atl again, I would definitely consider booking with hostess again.
