Our 45m² "Layon" gîte is located in a traditional longhouse and comprises: a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge area and sofa bed; a shower room and separate WC; a bedroom upstairs (queen-size bed); secure private parking and a secluded enclosed outdoor area with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. You can also enjoy our covered, heated swimming pool, shared with another gîte. You will be just minutes from iconic vineyards (Bonnezeaux, Quarts-de-Chaume, Coteaux-du-Layon, Coteaux-de-l'Aubance, Savennières…), and very close to gems like Saumur (40 min) or Nantes (1 hour).
