It's an upside down home with the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and primary bedroom en suite upstairs. There are 4 skylights which fill the upstairs with sunshine all day. The remaining 4 bedrooms and laundry room are downstairs.

Montauk is a special place to us. My husband and our families have been vacationing in Montauk for over 40 years. We love the endless restaurants, white sand beaches, and the best surfing and fishing on the east coast.

The home has a privately landscaped backyard with an inground heated salt water pool. It's located on a dead end road with minimal traffic and street noise. Driveway offers parking for 6 vehicles.
